When are you open?
We are open year round; however our peak season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We do offer longer term stays during the off-season. Please, inquire within.

Where can I check rates and book my stay?
You can check availability, find your perfect site, and get a rate through our reservations site. We use dynamic rates which fluctuate based on occupancy (just like hotels and airlines). Rates will vary based upon availability and may change with each search, so if the price is right make sure to book!

What are check-in/out times?
Check-in Time: 3pm and Check-out Time: 11 am.

Do you allow pets?
We love furry friends and welcome them in any of our RV campsites. Make sure to bring them by our pet walk area! There are two fenced-in dog runs, one for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs to get their exercise.

Can I have visitors at my site?
We would love to welcome your guests! Please make sure to bring them to the office so we can register their car and take them over to the designated visitor parking area.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
We are happy to offer Wi-Fi to our guests!

Where can I park?
We ask that you limit your vehicles to one RV and one car/truck per site. Additional guest/visitor parking is available upon request.

What is the speed limit?
Because the campground is full of active families with children, the speed limit throughout the park is 5MPH and is strongly enforced for your safety. If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.

What is the cancellation policy?
The best part of outdoor adventure is being outside! We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.

A deposit of your first night's stay will be charged to your CC when you make your reservation. For daily cancellations a 48 hour notice is required as well as a $20 cancellation fee. For weekly cancellations a 10 day notice is required along with a $50 cancellation fee. For monthly cancellations a 30 day notice is required along with a $100 cancellation fee.

A deposit of your first night's stay will be charged to your CC when you make your reservation. Cancellations made 14+ days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund in addition to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full reservation.

What if I need to make any changes to my reservation?
You can manage the details of your reservation at any time by clicking on the link in your reservation confirmation email. If you need any assistance we are only a phone call away.

How can I guarantee my perfect site or cabin?
We will do our very best to accommodate specific site or cabin requests, but we cannot guarantee these requests will be met. We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite site or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee when you make your reservation. If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific site or cabin
